Tasks of the GL Accountant:
- Prepare Journal Entries & Financial Notes
- On a regular basis, reconcile accounts with the general ledger
- Support Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Closing Processes
- Support (Annual) audit process
- Support ad hoc various Finance & Accounting related tasks as and where needed
Ideal profile of the GL Accountant:
- Bachelor or Master in accounting/economics
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in general accounting, by preference in an international environment
- Dutch & English (other languages are welcome)
- Pro-active and flexible
- Excellent communication skills and service minded attitude
- Proficient in Excel and ERP software (SAP is a plus)
