An international company in the technology sector, located in Haren, is looking for a temporary solution in their accounting team. Are you quickly available for a project until the end of the year? Can you work independently in a fast changing environment? And do you already have some first experience in a similar position? The Temporary GL-Accountant will be responsible for:
The client has multiple entities and from Belgium you are responsible for the entity in Germany. You work closely with the Senior Accountant in Belgium for the following tasks:
In close collaboration with the Finance Director you are responsible for the accounting processes of the different entities of the Group:
- You evaluate complex transactions, carry out payments and bookings
- You will be a point of contact for internal (colleagues & staff) and external stakeholders (suppliers)
- You will assist the Finance Director with the VAT-declaration and closings
- You will provide the forecast for P&L and Cash Flow
- You will prepare the audit documentation and assist where necessary
- You will support your colleagues with the collection process
- You help with ad hoc projects within the accounting team
Profile of ideal Temporary GL-Accountant:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or economics
- You can look back on a similar working experience
- You are fluent in English and any other languages is a plus
- You are proactive, can work independent and have an analytical overview
- You have an excellent knowledge of Excel & Oracle
- You are quickly available for a temporary project until the end of this year
