Junior Accountant

For our client located in the region of Mechelen, we are looking for a Junior Accountant. Would you like to work for an international challenging company with ambitious colleagues? Keep on reading.

The Junior Accountant will be responsible for:

• Booking purchase invoices, expenses and purchase orders
• Monitoring of banking transactions – you will book & monitor our outgoing transactions
• Preparing payments
• Checking approvals
• Supplement national bank surveys & exchange rates
• Administrative support for accounting
• Prepare VAT returns
• According to your interests and talents you can further supplement your tasks
• Our client really want you to develop to become an all-round accountant in time and will follow up accounting from A to Z.

Profile of ideal Junior Accountant:

• You have a Bachelors degree in Accountancy
• A few years of experience is considered as a plus
• You speak Dutch and English fluently
• MS Excel has no secrets for you
• SAP knowledge is an asset
• You communicate smoothly, think proactively and are open to change
• You are a go-getter and have healthy professional ambitions
