Junior Accountant

For a company in Mechelen we’re looking for a junior Accountant, to join a professional and dynamic team, in the furniture sector.

The Junior Accountant will be responsible for:

• Supporting the monthly and year end closing procedures
• Supporting for day-to-day accounting operations
• Knowledge and participation of Accounts Payable follow-up
• Supporting ERP transition process

Profile of ideal Junior Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance/Accounting or related fields
• 2 years experience in accounting
• Excellent knowledge of English and Dutch
• Experience in Accounting standards and MS Office skills
• SAP experience is a strong plus
• Ability to communicate effectively, having analytical thinking, result oriented
