Accounts Payable Officer

The Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for:

• Administration of invoice-processing
• Checking invoices/credit notes on suppliers and follow-up thereof
• Booking all invoices
• Booking of expense notes
• Documenting all AP-bookkeeping transactions
• Administrative tasks (Approval of invoices, supporting documentation for investments, …)
• Assisting in audits for providing posting details on bookkeeping transactions, list of invoices, bank account statements, other supporting documentation
• Payments of invoices

Profile of ideal Accounts Payable Officer:

• Bachelor degree in accounting or equivalent through experience
• Min. 3 years of relevant experience in an accounts payable processing role, preferably in an international organisation
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Detail oriented, teamplayer and accurate
• Driven and hands on personality
• Good knowledge of MS office (experience of ERP is a plus)
