Invoicing Officer

For a client in Zaventem, active in the food industry, we are looking for an invoicing officer to join a team of 2 people. Are you just finishing accounting courses, or do you already have a first invoicing experience? Are you looking for a varied job, walking distance from that station of Zaventem? Tasks:

• You will handle the outgoing invoices to clients all over the world
• You will check prices, verify details and make sure all the information on the invoice is correct
• You will handle the client mailbox
• You will handle complaints about invoices and make sure to solve the issues that occur
• You review and adapt client information and details if necessary
• You will reporting about open invoices that are not paid in time

Profile:

• You are fluent in English
• You have basic accounting knowledge
• You just obtained an accounting degree, or you have a first experience in a similar position
• You have eye for detail, you work organised and accurate
• You are a team player and have good communication skills
• You have a good basis in Excel
• You can prioritize and work well under pressure
