Billing Officer

An IT consultancy based in Brussels is actively looking for a Billing Officer. You will join a team of 6 people and report directly to the Department Manager. You will be joining a company on a human scale where you will be able to flourish.

Your responsibilities as Billing Officer:

• Generating, monitoring, and ensuring the quality of client project information.
• Gathering, verifying, and analysing billing documents such as timesheets, purchase orders, and subcontractor invoices, along with managing associated payments.
• Collecting, scrutinizing, and initial approval of expense reports.
• Handling client invoicing and overseeing the process.
• Conducting weekly reviews of contracts, purchase orders, and outstanding client payments.

Your profile as a Billing officer:

• You have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics.
• You have an excellent command of English and French and/or Dutch.
• You are very comfortable using the MS Office suite.
• You are autonomous and rigorous and are also able to work effectively in a team.
