AP-AR Accountant

The AP-AR Accountant will be responsible for:

• Encoding supplier invoices, monitoring their processing and executing payments
• Managing automated invoicing processes, along with appropriate controls
• Interacting with customers and suppliers as part of the payment process and solving related requests
• Managing and monitoring customer payment reminder procedure
• Following up payment plan schedules and litigation cases
• Processing bank statements
• Handling and solving internal customers requests and questions
• Producing reports on above listed activities and other Accounting topics

Profile of ideal AP-AR Accountant:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting
• Proven experience as an AP-AR accountant
• Fluency in Dutch and good knowledge of French, English is an asset.
• Strong analytical skills, high accuracy and attention to detail
• Open and creative
• Flexible and stress resistant
• Hands-on eager to learn
• Good team-player and communicator
