Administrative Team Assistant
Our client, a company active in the service sector and located in the centre of Brussels, is looking for a Administrative Team Assistant who carries out all administrative work on behalf of the team. You will directly report to the HR Manager and closely work with the team members.
As Administrative Team Assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks :
- Performing administrative and support tasks to the different departments
- Providing administrative and logistical support for the meetings: coordination of the agenda, organisation of meetings etc.
- Ensuring an optimal and effective response to various requests from the employees.
- Supporting the planning and organization of events and activities.
- Processing project contracts and providers for services including the booking of taxis, hotels, travel, catering
- Project Budgets and invoice monitoring
- Helping the HR team for the onboarding of the new joiners
The ideal Team Assistant profile:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a Management assistant role.
- You Have a bachelor degree in administration
- You have an excellent professional knowledge of French & Dutch, both written and spoken and a very good knowledge of English.
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and relevant computer literacy skills
- You have excellent communication and organizational skills.
- You are proactive, adaptive and a real team-player.
