Assistant and Meetings Coordinator
An exciting new opportunity as Assistant and Meetings Coordinator has just become available in the centre of Brussels. Our client is an international company active in the health sector. The office is easily reachable with public transport.
As Assistant and Meetings Coordinator you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Assisting events organization by compiling relevant information, managing agendas, sending out invitation letters, etc.
- Ordering and preparing materials, coordinating travel arrangements, registrations and bring support to participants where necessary
- Preparing and coordinating the logistics around meetings and events
- Supporting the communication team by updating the website, social media, mailing lists and databases, etc.
- Collecting and compiling feedback from participants, draft reports, etc.
Ideal profile of the Assistant and Meetings Coordinator :
- You have excellent oral and written English, Dutch and French skills
- You have at least a first experience in an assistant role including operational and administrative tasks, preferably in an international company
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Wordpress
- You have excellent organisational, presentation and communication skills
- You are proactive, positive, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure
- You enjoy working both autonomously as well as in a team
- You are discreet, able to work with deadlines and to respect confidentiality of meeting discussions.
