Legal secretary
A new position of Legal Secretary has just opened at one of our clients in legal sector. The office is in the municipality of Ixelles and is easily accessible by public transport.
Legal sector
As Legal Secretary, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Draft correspondence ;
- Monitor lawyer inbox and follow-up of e-mails ;
- Agenda maintenance including meeting and seminar co-ordination ;
- Telephone coordination on an international basis ;
- Travel organisation ;
- General administration to ensure an overall smooth running ;
- Maintenance of an efficient filing system ;
- Reception desk back-up.
The ideal profile of a Legal Secretary:
- Excellent proficiency in English and French ;
- An advanced knowledge of MS Office ;
- A can-do attitude able to take ownership of tasks ;
- A problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn ;
- You take initiative and can handle pressure gracefully ;
- You have a flexible, open-minded personality ;
- You are organized, particularly meticulous, rigorous and attentive ;
