As an Office Manager you will be responsible for different teams of secretaries, office assistants and receptionists. You will also be in charge of HR- and events organisation- related tasks.
As Office Manager you will be responsible for:
As an Office Manager you will support the General Director of the office and report to the HR-Manager. You will be responsible for:
- Human Resources:
- Administrative staff management
- Follow up on sicknesses, leaves, etc
- Contract management
- Encoding prestation’s of consultants
- SPOC for questions regarding social legislation
- Onboarding of the new joiners
2. Office Management:
- Facility management
- Provide catering
- Follow-up of billing with cliens
- Optimization of contracts
- Organisation of events
- Registration of the teams for relevant trainings
- Reception of visitors
The ideal profile of an Office Manager:
- A Bachelor/master’s degree in administrative management
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position
- A very good level of English with a good command of French or Dutch
- A perfect knowledge of MS-Offce
- Great planning, organizing and reporting skills
