A position as Executive Assistant has just become available within a Business Service company. The firm is well-known and located in the centre of Brussels. You will report directly to the CEO and his team.
As Executive Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Meeting management / organization for teams
- Layout / correction of documents, letters, presentation
- Coordinate/ follow-up and attend the board meetings
- Propose an agenda and validate it with the president before the meetings
- Give instructions and reminders to send documents to the team
- Translation of some documents FR/NL
- Be present at the meeting: taking notes and writing a report afterwards
- Preparation and organisation of the General Assembly
- Drafting of the annual report in collaboration with the team
- Follow up on decisions taken by the Board of Directors
- Management of the CEO's agenda, setting up appointments
Ideal Profile for the job as Executive Assistant:
- A minimum of 3-5 years in a similar position
- Very good command of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- An excellent knowledge of French and Dutch
- Dynamic, reliable, flexible and meticulous
