Senior Personal Assistant
Our client, a company active in the financial services sector and located in the centre of Brussels, is looking for a Senior Personal Assistant who carries out all administrative work on behalf of the CEO. You will directly report to the CEO and closely work with the Board members.
As Senior Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks :
- Performing administrative and support tasks for the Board of Directors: drafting and organisation of communications, correspondence, translations, invitations, reports, etc.
- Providing administrative and logistical support for the Board of Directors meetings: coordination of the agenda, minutes’ taking, draft memorandums, corrections, translations, preparation of action plans, etc.
- Ensuring an optimal and effective response to various requests from the Board.
- Supporting the planning and organization of internal events and activities.
- Acting as an Office Manager by overseeing contracts and providers for services including security, cleaning, catering, IT services, etc.
The ideal Senior Personal Assistant profile:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a Management/Executive/Personal assistant role.
- You have an excellent knowledge of English and French, both written and spoken.
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- You have excellent communication and organizational skills.
- You are proactive, adaptive and a real team-player.
- You can cope with stress, are highly discreet and able to respect confidentiality of meeting discussions.
