Customer Service Representative

• Taking care of the clients’ needs, through phone and e-mail
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Complaint handling
• Internal logistics coordination
• Corresponding administrative tasks
• You will report to the Customer Service Manager

Profile of the ideal Customer Service Representative:

• You have a bachelor’s degree, or you have a first experience in the Customer Service
• You have good knowledge of Excel
• You are communicative, social and precise
• You are fluent in French and English, knowledge of Dutch is a strong plus
• You are willing to serve clients in their every need
