Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for:

• in this role you will support the Customer Service manager by being the point of contact for your own portfolio of B2B customers
• you are responsible for receiving orders and requests from customers and the follow-up
• you are constantly in contact with different stakeholders (logistics, marketing, finance…)
• you can consolidate all the internal information and communicate it in a clear way to the customer
• you inform the customer of the process of their order by phone & email
• you support in the monthly forecasts and overlook them
• you enforce the contractual specifications

Profile of the ideal Customer Service Specialist:

• relevant experience in Customer Service in a multinational
• very fluent in English and French
• good knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular (Pivot tables)) and an ERP system (like SAP)
• you are hands on, communicative and stress resistant
• you are flexible, motivated and can think outside of the box
• you are critical and look at processes in an analytical way
