Customer Service Officer - Baltics
An international company located in Antwerp is looking for a Customer Service Officer who speaks fluent Lithuanian and English. The company is active in oil and petrochemicals and hiring on interim base with the possibility of a permanent contract after 6 months. You will be part of an international Customer Service team of 14 professionals that services over 20 countries.
Tasks of a Customer Service Officer - Baltics:
- Answer all e-mails and phone calls incoming from external and internal customers
- Providing customer support for credit management, accounts receivable etc
- Ensure that customer complaints are logged and all customer requests, questions and complaints are resolved and answered
- Support sales and customers in case of outstanding payments
- Follow up on invoice issues, local taks issues, credit reports, etc
- Administrative tasks such as creation of new client cards/files, send reports, etc
