Een sterke speler actief binnen de automotive sector gelegen aan de westkant van Brussel is dringend op zoek naar een Customer Service Medewerker om het team te versterken. Ben jij behulpzaam en help je graag klanten? Dan is deze vacature vast iets voor jou! Deze functie is zowel 4/5e als voltijds mogelijk.
Jouw takenpakket als Customer Service Medewerker:
- Je staat in nauw contact met klanten en externe partners en helpt hen waar nodig
- Je houdt gegevens van klanten up-to-date in het interne systeem
- Je bent vernatwoordelijk voor de facturatie
- Je maakt credit nota's op
- Allround administratieve taken
Het ideale profiel:
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelordiploma of je hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Je bent commercieel en behulpzaam
- Je hebt een hele goede kennis Nederlands en Frans en minstens een goede basiskennis Engels
- Je hebt een goede kennis MS Office
