As a Outbound Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

You will follow up on customer instructions, including payments, placement of transactions.

You will attract new customers by helping them on board successfully.

You will support the Bank's marketing strategy through various campaigns focused on savings and wealth products.

You answer and resolve customer questions by explaining the best solution to solve the problem.

You provide customers with information about the bank's products and services.
-
You attract new customers by answering inbound calls and emails from customers.
-
Backup for Inbound Team, by answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails.
The ideal profile of the Outbound Customer Service Officer:

Has an excellent command of French ;

Has excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch;

Has good stress management and is very communicative;
