As a Outbound Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• You will follow up on customer instructions, including payments, placement of transactions.
• You will attract new customers by helping them on board successfully.
• You will support the Bank's marketing strategy through various campaigns focused on savings and wealth products.
• You answer and resolve customer questions by explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
• You provide customers with information about the bank's products and services.
• You attract new customers by answering inbound calls and emails from customers.
• Backup for Inbound Team, by answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails.

The ideal profile of the Outbound Customer Service Officer:

• Has an excellent command of French ;
• Has excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch;
• Has good stress management and is very communicative;
