Marketing Communication Officer

As Junior Communication Coordinator you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Make proposals for inspiring and connected communication for your Copywriting colleagues to write.
• Coordinate communication and actions as a point of contact with external partners (copy, design, translator, printer,...).
• Ensure planning, choice of personalized and engaging content, choice of communication channels (offline, online).
• Set up satisfaction surveys, analyze results by donor group and make optimization proposals.
• Identify key segments and moments of donor engagement with a focus on retention and loyalty.
• Actively participate in international sponsorship meetings and act as a spokesperson for the company.
• Follow up and respond to donor questions, maintain records, and prepare reports.

The Ideal Profile of the Junior Communication Coordinator :

• Very good knowledge of Dutch (minimum C1) and a knowledge of French and English ;
• At least two years of experience in a similar position with a service- and customer-oriented ;
• Experience in managing/coordinating projects with a communication & marketing focus ;
• Experience with data processing and analysis, preferably related to customer behaviour/users of a product or service ;
• Good knowledge of MS Office the ability to quickly learn to use programs/software's ;
• A fluent writing style, able to strike the right chord with a catchy story, having creative ideas around communication.
