Customer Service Specialist
For a company located in Anderlecht, we are looking for a pro-active Customer Service Specialist. You will be working at the world leader in the health and safety protection solutions industry.
The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for:
- The customer overall journey with the company.
- The identification of excellence opportunities and best practice.
- The management of back-order situations and their pro-active prevention.
- The complaints and feedbacks management.
- The report/dashboard generation and analyse in Power BI.
- The monitoring of prices and the management of the issues linked to pricing errors.
- The follow-up of the customers’ orders and providing status updates.
Profile of ideal Customer Service Specialist:
- You are perfect trilingual (FR/NL/EN).
- You have a first experience in an international commercial/marketing or Key Account position in B2B.
- You are hands on, communicative and result oriented.
- You have excellent analytical skills.
- You are driven for customer excellence.
