Customer Service Officer – Lithuanian

An international company located in Antwerp is looking for a Customer Service Officer who speaks fluent Lithuanian, Russian and English. The company is active in oil and petrochemicals and hiring on interim base with the possibility of a permanent contract after 6 months. You will be part of an international Customer Service team of 14 professionals that services over 20 countries.

Tasks of a Customer Service Officer – Lithuanian:

• Answer all e-mails and phone calls incoming from external and internal customers
• Providing customer support for credit management, accounts receivable etc.
• Ensure that customer complaints are logged and all customer requests, questions and complaints are resolved and answered
• Support sales and customers in case of outstanding payments
• Follow up on invoice issues, local taks issues, credit reports
• Administrative tasks such as creation of new client cards/files, send reports, etc.

The ideal profile of a Customer Service Officer – Lithuanian:

• You have great communication skills in English and Lithuanian
