A Billing Officer position has just been created in an international IT consulting company in the heart of Brussels. You will work in a company active worldwide and join a young and dynamic team of 5 people. You will report directly to the AR Manager
As a Billing Officer, you will be performing the following tasks:
- Collect, validate and analyse billing documents (timesheets from consultants and subcontractors' invoices)
- Client invoicing and follow-up
- Contract and payment management
Ideal Profile of the Billing Officer:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- You are fluent in English and in Dutch
- Ability to multi-tasks, work under pressure and meet the deadlines.
