Business Controller

Tasks of the Business Controller:

• Tracking, reporting and analysing budget variances.
• Process Management, Process Analysis and Process Improvement.
• Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance.
• Providing accurate financial reports to various internal stakeholders.
• Ensuring that all accounts receivable and payable are respectively correctly collected and paid.
• Coaching of the team and working on ad hoc internal projects within the Operations team.
• Once a good understanding of the business is acquired, further responsibilities will be added.

Profile of the Business Controller:

• You have obtained a Master’s degree
• You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a controlling or audit position
• You are fluent in English with a good knowledge of Dutch
• You are a good organiser, and you have problem solving skills
• You are a teamplayer and you have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You have excellent Excel knowledge
