Junior Business Controller

A well-known company specialising in pension funds is currently looking for a Junior Business Controller to join a new team reporting directly to the Finance Director. The position is in the city-center of Brussels.

Your main responsibilities as the new Junior Business Controller will include:

• Collecting, analyzing, structuring and reporting the necessary data for the budgeting
• Provide the necessary support in the financial follow-up of the various projects
• Provide substantiated reporting that should enable management to measure business performance and make adequate decisions on cost management and investment
• Contribute to the identification and continuous optimization of operational business processes so that costs and budgets are kept under control from the start
• Actively participate in the follow-up of the KPIs where you analyze the performance of the organization, check the financial results and recommend adjustments
• Ensuring the coordination of external audits, closely monitoring and completing them

Your profile as a Junior Business Controller:

• You have a strong background in finance/economics
• You have a relevant experience in business control
• You are able to analyse a balance sheet, ratios, trends
• You have an excellent knowledge of French and English
• You have strong analysis skills
