We’re currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant for a strong and international manufacturing company located in the region of Ghent.
Your tasks as Accounts Receivable Assistant:
- You follow up on the incoming payments
- You contact customers by telephone and email to obtain payments
- You monitor account movements
- You issue copy invoices
- You allocate payments to customers’ accounts
The ideal profile:
- You have an education in accounting and have at least a first experience in within credit control
- You have a good knowledge of Excel, experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is an asset
- You’re focussed, accurate and a true team player
- You’re fluent in English and have a good knowledge of Dutch. Knowledge French is a plus
