Credit Advisor

A company in the financial services sector located in the region of Brussels is looking for a Credit Advisor. If you have a financial background and have commercial mind-set with a good level of Dutch, then this is the opportunity for you!

Your responsibilities as a Credit Advisor:

• You are the first point of contact for (potential) clients.
• You assist customers by phone or e-mail by answering their questions and advising them about their loan application.
• You ensure a smooth handling of the necessary steps to finalize a loan.
• You are responsible for the commercial follow-up of customers and contact them proactively.
• You check the completeness of the credit files and ensure the conformity of the supporting documents.
• If necessary, you will contact the customer directly - by e-mail or telephone - to obtain the supporting documents and/or information required to complete his/her credit file.

Your profile as a Credit advisor:

• You are bilingual Dutch/French.
• A first experience in the credit business is a plus.
• You have a commercial spirit and are customer and solution oriented.
• You are organised and take responsibility at the right moment. After internal training, you can take on your daily tasks independently.
• You are stress resistant and remain in good spirits in all circumstances.
• You like a dynamic environment, are a team player and adapt easily.
• You are not afraid of new challenges and goals.
