Customer Analyst

The Customer Analyst will be responsible for:

As a Customer Analyst you will be assigned to one global / multinational client of the company, and you will be the point of contact for this client regarding strategic, analytical or operational questions. More specifically your job will consist of the following:

• You are the point of contact for several structural or recurring inquiries of your client
• You will overview the running business for this client, and you are involved in successful relationship management
• You will follow up the performance KPI’s of the services provided to your client
• You will handle contractual agreements with the client, and you are involved in negotiations, set up of new services, adaptation of existing services,…
• You will be involved in different processes and performances, and how to optimize them in order to have a better outcome for your client
• You will contribute to continuous improvement
• You will analyse data in Excel, and investigate trends

Profile of ideal Customer Analyst:

• You hold a master’s degree
• A first experience can be a plus but definitely no must! If you are looking for your first experience, you are very welcome!
• You are fluent in English
• You have strong communication skills
• You have an analytical mindset
• You are client-oriented, and have a can-do mentality
