Part-time Finance Administrator with homeworking
A new opportunity as Finance Administrator has just been made available in an international law firm located in the centre of Brussels on a part-time basis of 4 days a week. As a Finance Administrator, you will be working in a team with 1 other colleague.

As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- The liaison with bank and manage bank accounts, signatories etc, as well as bank reconciliation
- AP, AR and credit collections
- Controlling of payment batches
- Client billing, as well preparation of invoices for self-employed lawyers
- Processing of payroll administration (output from external provider)
- Application of Belgian tax rules (coordination with external accountants)
- VAT administration and reporting
- Monthly closure of accounts
- Annual budget and rolling forecast
- Cash flow forecasts
The ideal profile of the Finance Administrator:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/economics/management/accounting
- 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Work experience in a law firm or in a consultancy firm is a strong asset
- The knowledge of 3E(Elite) is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of English and French
- Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Office tools; tech-savvy
- Exemplary planning and time management skills; adaptable to various competing demands
- Able to demonstrate absolute discretion and confidentiality towards colleagues, clients and external relations
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to build rapport
