Analyst Leveraged Lending

For an international banking company in Antwerp city, we’re looking for an Analyst Leveraged Lending. Do you like working in a stimulating environment with talented and ambitious colleagues? You can make this your reality!

The Analyst Leveraged Lending will be responsible for:

• Manage the assigned portfolio by analysing the performance of our clients, handling client requests and other tasks related to the portfolio, being responsible for (annual) reviews, and supporting investment managers in managing and developing client relationships.
• Execute transactions by performing analyses (financial, commercial, risk, structure and other), financial (and LBO) modelling, contributing to well-founded credit applications, taking care of operational activities, and cooperating with other departments (M&A, Loan Syndications, Transaction Banking, Food & Agribusiness Research, Senior Relationship Managers etc.).
• Join forces with advisors (i.e. tax, legal) and clients to support the deal team of the transaction and actively participate in the negotiation of loan agreements.
• Contribute to and create marketing material for pitching purposes about refinancing, debt capacity, loan market updates etc.
• Generate ideas together with your team that make a difference for our clients.

Profile of ideal Analyst Leveraged Lending:

• Master degree or equivalent;
• First working experience;
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Fluent in additional language (French/Spanish/German) is a plus;
• Creativity and an innovative mindset;
• Strong ambition and work ethic;
• Good at process and stakeholder management;
• Proficient interpersonal and communication skills.
