Burning the Candle: Preventing Workplace Burnout

Today, millions of professionals are part of a global burnout culture. As they try to climb the career ladder, they are faced with more and more messages encouraging them to rise earlier, work harder and even sleep less.

As business leaders look to optimize their business, employees working harder sounds like a great idea, but there’s a price to be paid for ignoring the stress of the daily grind: burnout.

In this on-demand webinar, we explore strategies organisations can use to help battle burnout whilst ensuring employees maintain a healthy relationship with their work.

What is discussed:

  • Managing workload expectations
  • Giving employees autonomy and control
  • Recognising hard work
  • Creating a culture where everyone belongs
  • Ensuring equal opportunities and fairness
  • Talking the talk and walking the walking

The discussion is led by Faye Walshe Head of Innovation & Research at the Robert Walters Group.
