For an American industrial firm located in Nivelles we are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. As Senior HR Business Partner you will directly report to the HR Director and will have an essential role in the HR department.
You will be the person of contact for blue collars (100 pp) and employees (50pp).
The Senior HR Business Partner will perform the following tasks:
- Recruitment from A to Z (workforce planning, writing of job description, publication on job boards and internally, selection and point of contact for the head-hunter firms, interview of candidates, proposition of salary package, preparation of contract and on-boarding new joiners)
- Performance management and talent management initiatives (appraisal, learning & development, compensation & benefits)
- Preparation of communications to the Board committee for the HR director
- Redaction of the labour agreements
- HR projects (update job descriptions and job classifications for blue collars, wage politic, follow-up hospital and group insurance, revision of all contracts, turn over analysis and proposition of solution to reduce it)
- Reference role for the HR director concerning social law
The ideal Senior HR Business Partner profile:
- Master’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years in HR, ideally gained within an industrial and production company
- Perfect bilingual English/French
- Perfect knowledge of the social law
- Excellent communication whatever the profile the colleagues
- Priorities and emergencies management
- Autonomy but reporting to DRH
