A new exciting opportunity as Human manager has just become available in a company in the industrial sector. You are based at the headquarters in Brussels and report directly to the Group Finance & Administration Manager.
As HR manager you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You consult with the different business lines and provide daily HR guidance.
- You provide support to the management on operational & strategic people topics.
- You ensure the implementation and monitoring of HR tools and processes: recruitment, training & development, performance management, …
- You review & develop the compensation & benefits strategy and remuneration packages.
- You provide HR policy guidance & suggest new HR strategies.
- You drive HR change projects & implementations in the local business lines.
- You implement organizational development strategies in line with the business strategies.
- You monitor and report on workforce and other HR related KPI’s.
Ideal Profile:
- Degree with at least 5-8 years of experience in an HR environment.
- Track record as HR Business Partner, preferably in a complex business environment.
- You have a good understanding of HR practices and you understand your business and its people requirements.
- Excellent change management & communication skills.
- Good knowledge of local HR related legislation.
- Demonstrate the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity and build strong and trusting sustainable relationships.
- You can take initiatives and work effectively in a changing environment.
- Solution-oriented, hands-on and flexible.
- Trilingual Dutch/French/English.
