A new exciting opportunity as Human manager has just become available in a company in the industrial sector. You are based at the headquarters in Brussels and report directly to the Group Finance & Administration Manager.

As HR manager you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • You consult with the different business lines and provide daily HR guidance.
  • You provide support to the management on operational & strategic people topics.
  • You ensure the implementation and monitoring of HR tools and processes: recruitment, training & development, performance management, …
  • You review & develop the compensation & benefits strategy and remuneration packages.
  • You provide HR policy guidance & suggest new HR strategies.
  • You drive HR change projects & implementations in the local business lines.
  • You implement organizational development strategies in line with the business strategies.
  • You monitor and report on workforce and other HR related KPI’s.

Ideal Profile:

  • Degree with at least 5-8 years of experience in an HR environment.
  • Track record as HR Business Partner, preferably in a complex business environment.
  • You have a good understanding of HR practices and you understand your business and its people requirements.
  • Excellent change management & communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of local HR related legislation.
  • Demonstrate the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity and build strong and trusting sustainable relationships.
  • You can take initiatives and work effectively in a changing environment.
  • Solution-oriented, hands-on and flexible.
  • Trilingual Dutch/French/English.
