HR Business Partner
For an international and dynamic company active in the technology sector and located in Zaventem, we are looking for a proactive HR Business Partner to join the HR Department.
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for:
• Being the first point of contact for employees and managers for all HR related matters. You handle the onboarding, orientation, performances…
• Managing all steps of the recruitment process: advertising vacancies, following up internal and external applications, interviews, working with recruitment partners, finding creative and online channels, etc
• Staying on top of social legislation and reporting relevant changes
• HR projects
• Handling contract matters, salaries and different assignments
Profile of ideal HR Business Partner:
• Minimum 7 years of relevant HR Business experience
• Very good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation
• You are hands on, communicative, analytical and result-oriented
• You are a team player
• Very fluent in English and Dutch. Any other language is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office
