HR Business Partner

For a dynamic company active in the automotive sector located in Zaventem we’re looking for a pro-active HR Business Partner. Do you have experience within a general HR role? Have you implemented a comp & ben strategy within a company? Is your English fluent y también hablas español? Then you are the person we are looking for!

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for:

- You act as a true Business Partner for your department: on matters like recruitment, turnover, absenteeism…
- You help line managers deal with organizational, people and change-related issues
- You are actively working on building a strategic workforce
- You provide advice and suggestions on company culture and employee experience
- You keep the helicopter view on the HR strategy and try to to come up with ways to improve the processes
- You develop future-proof compensation and benefits policies to attract and retain the best talent in an international context
- Together with the team you work on improving the workday tool to efficiently implement it throughout the company

Profile of ideal HR Business Partner:

- Relevant HR Business experience
- Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits
- You are hands on, communicative, analytical and result-oriented
- You are a team player
- Very fluent in English and French or Dutch. Knowledge of Spanish is a huge advantage
- Knowledge of Workday
