HR Manager

An international company active in the paper manufacturing industry and located in the North of Limburg is looking for an experienced HR Manager. You will be responsible for the operational and strategic HR processes and will join a largely new management team. You can leave your own HR stamp and help guide the change processes. Do you have several years of HR experience and are you both hands-on and strategically strong? Are you a real change agent and strong communicator? Then read on!

Your duties as HR Manager:

• You assist with the recruitment of top talent for all positions in the site to maintain an effective workforce
• You work closely with the production department and provide HR leadership to the managers
• You negotiate with unions and participate in union agreements to ensure fair employee relations
• You assist in the development and implementation of talent management programs such as goal management, performance management, succession planning and talent development at all levels of the site
• You support the managers in effectively managing team and individual performance and that way contribute to their development
• You support and advise management on HR-related issues and take the lead in HR projects

The ideal profile as an HR Manager:

• You have a Master degree or equivalent by experience
• You have at least five years of experience in a general HR function, experience within change management is a plus
• You have experience in an industrial environment
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• You are hands-on, communicatively strong and you are not afraid of change
