HR Officer
An exciting new opportunity as HR Officer has just become available in a company the media sector. This company is in the city centre. You will part of the Human Resources department and responsible for the whole HR administration for the employees of this company.
As HR Officer you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Make general HR administration: contracts, legal documents, employee communications, etc.
- Manage timely and accurately the payroll
- Be the SPOC for their external payroll agency
- Work on talent acquisition and retention
- Manage all contractual aspect related to employees and freelance
- Design and implement the training plan/scheme for employees
- Participate to the optimisation of their organisation structure
- Be the SPOC for all our employee regarding HR related questions
- Ensure modern and sustainable fleet management
The Ideal Profile of the HR Officer
- You have at least a bachelor’s degree and 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position or in payroll.
- You are fluent in French and have an excellent knowledge in Dutch.
- You have very good communication skills, both oral and written.
- You can demonstrate very good personal organizational skills.
- You are people oriented, pro-active, hands-on and have a result-oriented mentality.
