Tasks of the Compensations & Benefits Officer:

• Mapping all European salaries and advantages of the employees (white collars)
• Benchmark and align all salaries and advantages of similar functions in Europe
• Reporting in excel
• Set-up a European salary matrix
• Research and set-up a bonus plan for several functions in Europe
• Update data in SAP (Workday)

Ideal profile of the Compensations & Benefits Officer:

• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Excellent knowledge of the Belgian social legislation, knowledge of foreign social legislations is a plus
• Bachelor or master degree or equal by experience
• Excellent excel skills
• Process accuracy
• Knowledge of SAP (Workday)
• Accuracy, confidentiality
• Solid experience in Compensation & Benefits
