HR Payroll Specialist

The HR Payroll Specialist will be responsible for:
• You are the point of contact for the employees regarding HR related topics
• Provide information and answers questions of the employees
• Keep overview of the payroll and process employee salaries
• Management of illness and leave, … according to group policy
• Follow up HR project to improve effectiveness
• Analysis and reporting of procedures
Profile of HR Payroll Specialist:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related degree
• First experience in payroll is a must
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English. French is a plus
• Problem solver, communicative and professional
