Junior Payroll Coordinator
A new opportunity as Junior Payroll coordinator has become available for an international company in Zaventem. You will join a growing company and together with a dynamic team you will be responsible for the payroll processing of employers. The Junior Payroll coordinator will be responsible for:
• Salary payment (holidays, sickness, benefits, signage, end-of-year bonuses, holiday pay, etc.).
• Preparation of social documents, follow-up of correspondence, production of reports for management, insurance follow-up, etc.
• Drafting of employment contracts and their amendments and administrative follow-up
• Contact point for social legislation
• Participation in hard HR projects and continuous improvement of internal procedures
• You are constantly updating your knowledge on all aspects of social and tax legislation.
Profile of Junior Payroll Coordinator:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or equivalent by experience
• A first relevant experience or internship
• Experience with international payroll
• Excellent knowledge of social legislation
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English
