A new opportunity as Inside Sales Representative Benelux has just become available at an innovative and sustainable company in the textile sector located in Brussels.
As Inside Sales Representative Benelux, you’ll be responsible of the following tasks:
- As Brand Ambassador the Inside Sales Representative will perform effective outbound calls to take care of new business inquiries and make sure they convert prospect into active customers.
- Contact inactive, prospects as well as existing customers & new sales lead to create brand awareness, on-time new collection introduction coverage, cross selling & upselling.
- Participation to textile fairs and ensure follow up of contacts/prospects met.
- Management of its own customer portfolio in order to achieve the country sales target in strong cooperation with the Sales Manager.
- Travel time to time to increase new collection presentation, visit customers and meet prospects at the fairs.
- Take care of end customer request in close cooperation with company’s official dealers.
Ideal profile for the job as Inside Sales Representative Benelux:
- Excellent level in Dutch, English and French
- Premium service to the customers
- Proven Sales Support /Inside sales experience - with textile and fashion brands is an asset
- Confident and comfortable making calls with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with customers and collaborate with other departments in the company, such as Sales, Customer Care, Finance, Logistic & Marketing.
- Affinity with Fashion – textile Industry
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving and -analysis
- Stress tolerance and flexibility in the event of peak of activities
- Knowledge of ERP, Word, Excel and Outlook
