It and Marketing Administrator

The It and Marketing Communication Administrator will be responsible for:

• Be able to design marketing emails
• Create E-blasts/Insights with Mailchimp tool (marketing automation and email tool)
• Design of email banners using the elements and visuals developed by graphic designer
• Take Photoshop-based website designs and convert them
• Modification and maintenance of websites and web applications together with website coordinator
• Coordinate with copywriter the production of the bi-weekly newsletter
• Style HTML elements after content is entered on a website
• Together with Membership team manage different audiences in Mailchimp

Profile of ideal It and Marketing Communication Administrator:

• Very fluent in English. Any other language is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Ability to self-manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• You are hands on, communicative, analytical, and result-oriented
• Skills that encourage team cooperation, promote enthusiasm
