A well known company active within Warehouse equipment and located in Willebroek is looking for a bid and tender coördinator. In this role you are responsible for the setup of all tenders and contracts in close collaboration with the key account managers.
The Bid & Tender Coördinator is responsible for:
• Preparation of European tenders in cooperation with the european key accounts
• Ensure quality towards customer and top management
• Coordination of market pricing analysis, discuss prices in a commercial way
• Follow up and monitor the contract implementations
• Act as point of contact for a specific portfolio of European key accounts
Desired skills and experience of a Bid & Tender Coördinator:
• Has a relevant experience in tender management or international contract management
• Good commercial skills, customer oriented
• Proactive and analytical
• Can work under pressure
• Very good knowledge of English, any other language is an asset
• Open to travel from time to time to other European offices
