Sales Support & Data Analyst

An exciting opportunity as Sales Support & Data Analyst has just become available. The company is active in the development and production of electrical motors, gears and drives which is located in Nivelles. As Sales Support & Data Analyst you will have contact with customers, suppliers, carriers, colleagues. If you like challenges, don't hesitate to read the rest !

As Sales Support & Data Analyst you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• You will follow-up of sales & purchase orders (from A to Z) and production orders ;
• You will have the control of created / updated items ;
• You will keep price structure and customer database up to date ;
• You will export files and create reports on demand of management ;
• You will take care of the weekly replenishment, with check of prices, quantities and lead-time ;
• You will monthly check of slow movers and propose actions.

The Ideal Profile of the Sales Support & Data Analyst :

• Can express himself fluently in English and French or Dutch ;
• Has minimum 1 or 2 years of experience ;
• Has advanced knowledge of Excel (vlookup/graphs/stats/reports) ;
• Is analytically strong and problem-solving ;
• Is motivated, dynamic and methodical.
