Procurement Administrator

A multidisciplinary group situated in Brussels is looking for a pro-active Procurement Administrator to join their Procurement department. As a Procurement Administrator, you will be working in collaboration with the different entities of the group and will report directly to the Head of Procurement.

The Procurement Administrator will be responsible for:

• Providing an administrative support to the procurement team (organizing/filing documents, update database,...)
• Developing the procurement financial reporting
• Resolving potential issues with the suppliers and building strong relationships with their key contacts
• Preparing the RFI’s/RFP’s in collaboration with internal stakeholders and sending them to suppliers
• Negotiating material and order costs for specific commodities
• Establishing framework agreements with main suppliers and participating in further defining the procurement strategy/negotiation schedule

Profile of ideal Procurement Administrator:

• You have a bachelor’s degree
• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement/purchasing or in financial analysis
• You are perfect trilingual EN/FR/NL
• You have good analytical and synthesis skills, detail oriented and accurate
• You are hands on, communicative, team-player and dynamic
• You have a good knowledge in Office 365, Excel Advanced, Power BI, MS Business Central
• You have experience in project management
